Self-Hypnosis and the Senses
free talk at the Santa Fe Public Library
Tuesday, February 23th at 7:00PM-8:15PM
Stand-alone talk, or for those who have attended Introduction to Self-Hypnosis
examining the role of the senses in mind-state
how to induce hypnosis by focusing on:
light, color, image, sound, sensation etc.
this is a basic overview — more advanced training will be available
This workshop will be experiential and attendees will be asked
to participate in meditation practices
which will be guided by James Serendip.

Mar. 5-6, 2010
Self-Hypnosis Workshop
The program will begin Friday evening at 7:00PM with an introduction to the concepts
and the skills for self-hypnosis. This talk will run until ~8:30PM
The following morning at 10:00AM we will begin with training in
Advanced Self-Hypnosis Techniques.
Seminar will finish at ~5:30pm
This program includes printed material for later reference and
a self-hypnosis CD
We WILL be doing trance work!

T’ai Chi Ch’uan Weekend Intensive
March 20th and 21st
James and taiji brother Jeff Nitz (also from the Boulder school)
will be guiding intensive practice of the postures and movements
of the Yang Style Short Form of Cheng Man-ch’ing
Hosted at the amazing Heart-Path Retreat Center in Pojoque
